The workout is comprised of 3 blocks of 3 exercises, and each block is meant to be done twice.
Block 1: • Divebomber Push-ups • 1 1/4 Rep Biceps Curls • 1 1/4 Rep French Press
Block 2: • Telle Press • Adam’s Press • Surfer Burpees
Block 3: • Triceps Push-up Hold • 7-7-7 Biceps Curls • Manmakers
