Tooshies and Tummies with Caitlin Stapp

Butts and guts, tooshies and tummies - doesn't matter what you call it - Caitlin has a great workout in store for your glutes and core.

This workout is comprised of four blocks with three exercises in each block, and then some fun AMRAP action at the end for a little extra burn.

The crew uses dumbbells, booty bands, sliders and a chair but they are not required to do the workout. This one is all about tension and tempo.
