Sarah keeps you moving the whole time with this full-body strength workout.

This one is broken up into three blocks, with two main exercises for each segment. You’ll have 75 seconds to perform 12 reps of each exercise, but finishing early doesn’t mean it’s break time - Sarah’s got bonus exercises in store for you.
