Rick Ludwig

3 WORDS TO DESCRIBE MYSELF:

Resilient. Disciplined. Compassionate.

FITNESS PHILOSOPHY:

My fitness philosophy is that of a hybrid athlete: adaptable, strong, and confident. I believe in training with purpose, embracing movement as both a discipline and a source of joy. Fitness is about building resilience and confidence—approaching each challenge with intention and celebrating every achievement along the way.

INTERESTS BESIDES FITNESS:

Cooking, camping/hiking in the Eastern Sierras, building  meaningful connections with others, engaging in self-development, and creating a positive impact in my community.

PERSONAL MISSION STATEMENT:

To inspire others to embark on their own journeys of growth and healing by showing that they possess the same potential as everyone else. I am committed to creating a space where people feel empowered to overcome challenges, recognizing their own strength and worth, no matter where they begin.

WHEN I WAS A KID, I WANTED TO BE:

A sports agent.

GUILTY PLEASURE:

Dark Chocolate.

FAVORITE MEAL:

Wild Chilean Sea Bass, roasted potato medley, grilled zucchini.

ACCOMPLISHMENT I’M REALLY PROUD OF:

Curing myself of three “incurable” diseases and reclaiming my health and fitness, I returned stronger than ever—hiking Half Dome and competing in Hyrox. My journey has shown me that our paths are defined by our own will and vision, not by limits set for us.

MOST PEOPLE DON’T KNOW THAT I:

Studied drama for four years in high school and even won a performance award.

SKILL I WANT TO LEARN:

How to play the drums.

FAVORITE QUOTE:

Strength does not come from physical capacity. It comes from an indomitable will.

ONE BIG DREAM:

To impact billions of lives and transform the way health and medicine are understood and applied.

BEST ADVICE:

Put in the work, trust the process, release all expectations, and watch as you rise.
